WPYB is now accepting applications for its third Annual White Plains Fatherhood Awards Program to be held on Sat., June 13, 8:30 am at Eastview Middle School, 350 Main St., White Plains. The program will honor outstanding fathers for their leadership, service to the community and for being a wonderful dad. To enter the contest, please submit a 500 word essay to Laura Montoya, Office Assistant, on the topic, “My Dad Is My Hero.” Essays must be submitted by Fri., May 29 to the White Plains Youth Bureau, 11 Amherst Pl., White Plains, NY 10601.
