Quentin Martin

Quentin Martin believes wholeheartedly in the words of Kobe Bryant, “The most important thing is to try and inspire people so they can be great in whatever they want to do!” Quentin Martin is a native New Yorker raised in the heart of White Plains. Quentin had the privilege of participating in numerous programs with the Youth Bureau as a developing young man. Those programs helped shape him as a developing young adult. Combined with caring teachers, coaches and other community professionals, Quentin was able to hone his skills in the classroom, as well as on the basketball court and he received a scholarship to St. Thomas More Prep School for a year. He then attended Saint Peter's University on a full athletic scholarship.
Presently, Quentin works for Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking as an Institutional Equity Research & Sales Associate. Within his role Quentin has made dynamic strides toward ensuring equity research and corporate access is intrinsically layered in the company’s practices on all levels.
In 2019 Quentin was selected to hold a seat on Wells Fargo’s National Diversity & Inclusion Council. Additionally, Quentin has held partnerships with various community based organizations, including Chairman of the White Plains Community Action Program, and the Friends of the White Plains Youth Bureau Board. Most recently, he worked in collaboration with Indeed and their Black Inclusion Group (BIG) to raise money for the Youth Bureau’s Saturday Academy. Quentin is especially devoted to sharing his story and beliefs with his mentees by being a relatable, walking talking example. He is guided by the principles of incorporating respect, responsibility and excellence into his daily interactions within and beyond his community.
