Joseph M. Costable is a White Plains native and 2007 graduate of White Plains High School. Joseph served as President of the White Plains Youth Council as a member of the White Plains Youth Board. He led the Veteran’s History Project and the Generations Project for the Youth Bureau, helping document the stories of many White Plains veterans and senior citizens via taped interviews, produced for public access television. The taped interviews of White Plains veterans are now archived in the Library of Congress as part of the nationwide Veterans History Project. He also served in the delegation representing White Plains at the All-America City competition. Joseph is an Eagle Scout from Troop 10 in White Plains.
Joseph holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He currently serves as a Legislative Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives via an American Political Science Association Fellowship.
