Jason Rhodes is a practicing attorney, adjunct professor, licensed clinical social worker, author, and a third degree black belt in Kenpo karate. Mr. Rhodes grew up in the Winbrook Housing Projects in White Plains, New York. He obtained his first employment through the White Plains Youth Bureau at the age of 14. He continued to be employed through the White Plains Youth Bureau all the way through Law School. The Youth Bureau secured Mr. Rhodes a summer internship at White Plains City Hall in the Legal Department, tracking municipal claims.

Mr. Rhodes is a litigator, who currently works for the State of Maryland/Baltimore City Department of Social Services Legal Division in Child in Need of Assistance (CINA) cases. Mr. Rhodes is also an Adjunct Professor who has worked at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC; a top 100 University) and currently works at Morgan State University with Master’s level students. Mr. Rhodes is also a Karate Instructor and Author.

In addition, Mr. Rhodes was the first male in White Plains High School History to score over a thousand points in Men’s Varsity Basketball. He also played Collegiate Basketball at Morgan State University where he was named as an Athletic Academic All-American (2nd Team).
