Monica C. Andralliski is a native of White Plains, NY. She grew up primarily on Lake Street, where she learned the respect of self, family, friends and community, which led her to the White Plains Youth Bureau as a youth. Monica graduated from White Plains High School “Class of 1980”. Monica continued her education at Marymount College Tarrytown, NY majoring in Interior Design, which is one of her passions.
She started her career at IBM in Purchase, NY, where she provided executive administrative support to the Assistant General Counsel and several attorneys, in the Intellectual Property Law Department. After 11 ½ years Monica decided to pursue other opportunities, which led her career in the direction of office management in various industries, specializing in office moves/facility operations, and project management in the NYC and Westchester areas. Those experiences, and her entrepreneurial spirit, led her to start-up her own company in 2014, whose clients include Grammy Award winning artist Lupe Fiasco and several executives in the legal, real estate and music industry.
Monica is an active member of Bethel Baptist Church, White Plains, NY where she currently serves as Co-Chairperson, Trustee Ministry. Monica was the Re-Entry Team Coordinator strategizing and organizing the church’s Covid-19 operation plan for worship services to begin in September 2020. With Monica’s deep ties to the church and the White Plains community, she readily became involved in the White Plains Youth Bureau. Monica volunteers both in and outside of her church and community. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management from Concordia College, Bronxville, NY. She also serves on the Board of the Friends of White Plains Youth Bureau as Treasurer.
