Nadine Miles was born and raised in White Plains and graduated from White Plains High School. She found her first summer job through the White Plains Youth Bureau and participated in the White Plains Mayor’s Youth Council. She credits her professional success to the early opportunities and supportive network provided by the staff of the Youth Bureau.

She received her B.A. from Syracuse University, an M.R.P from the State University of New York at Albany and her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. She currently serves as Director of Business Operations at Chapman and Cutler LLP, a national law firm focused on finance. Nadine supports operational, attorney and client service, and other strategic partnership initiatives across the firm. She also serves as management liaison and point of contact for retirement plan administration. Prior to her current role, Nadine worked at law firms and companies such as Hogan Lovells, Axiom Law (now Factor), We Energies and Charter Communications. She currently resides in the suburbs of Chicago. She is a member of a number of professional and civic organizations including the Association of Legal Administrators, the Project Management Institute, the International Legal Technology Association, Toastmasters International, and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
