Rodney M. Fuller is President of a holdings company called the Glow Group, that has launched a stock market investment app called TradeZero/Open hand. He is also President of The Rensselaerville Institute (TRI), a nonprofit and independent organization that develops, tests, and supports tools used by “investors in human gain”. Prior to the Institute, Mr. Fuller has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Boys and Girls Club of Newark, one of the largest in the country. He was selected as an outstanding African American role model and featured in a series of ads that aired on NBC television. He has been featured in articles published by the NY Times and Daily News. Mr. Fuller is a Union Square Award Recipient, a Robert Browne Foundation Research Fellow.
Reminiscing on his youth, Mr. Fuller reflects, “The White Plains Youth Bureau was instrumental in my life- they gave me my first job through the Summer Youth Employment Program, where I learned the fundamentals of work. During my final year in college I was employed at the March of Dimes of Westchester. The Youth Bureau was also a safety hub with the Teen Center, where I learned fitness and had a safe place to go many days after school or work in the summer”.
Rodney has received Advanced Executive Education Certificates from such competitive institutions and rigorous programs as Columbia Business School, Fordham University School for Non-Profit Management, American Express Executive Leadership Academy and the Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education. Mr. Fuller is an International Coaching Federation (ICF), Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACPED), through the College of Executive Coaching.
