LaSandra Boykin

LaSandra BoykinLaSandra Boykin is a 1996 graduate of White Plains High School. Her first introduction to the White Plains Youth Bureau began early as she wanted to get involved in the community, give back to the community and make a difference. LaSandra participated in many sports including softball and served as a camp counselor for many years through the Youth Bureau. The White Plains Youth Bureau truly made an impact in LaSandra’s life as it is reflected in the work that she does daily in her role at Delta Air Lines.
LaSandra Boykin, known affectionately as “LB” is Lead Program Manager – Community Engagement. In her role she is responsible for Delta’s non-profit strategic partnerships in Atlanta including partnership management, contract renewals, employee engagement, brand activation, event management, and special projects. Education is LB’s biggest passion and is seen in her work with Atlanta Public Schools from redesigning the Delta Reading Buddy Program, with the goal of increasing literacy rates.

Her servant leadership can be seen by serving on several board including Andrew & Walter Young Family YMCA, Next Generations Advisory Board for Citizens Trust Bank, and Kennesaw State University EMBA Corporate Advisory Board, the Delta Employee & Retiree Care Fund Board of Directors LaSandra has been named Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40 2017 Class, Georgia Trend Magazine 40 under 40 Class, 2015 Hyatt Herald Award Honoree and a graduate of Leadership Georgia and Leadership Cobb.

LB is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and in her spare time she enjoys traveling, collecting foreign currency, attending sporting events, and just enjoying life.
